Golf Supply House’s Flat-Rate and Free shipping offers apply to ground shipping only and are excluded from the following locations:

– Canada: Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories.
– USA: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and territories not part of the contiguous continental United States.
– All other locations worldwide.

For deliveries to these excluded regions, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Shipments to countries other than the USA and Canada will require a custom shipping quote. Please contact us prior to placing an order.

For shipments with destination addresses on rural routes, please include a physical street address or highway marker number with your order to ensure accurate delivery.

Large and/or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees that will be added to the flat-rate or free shipping calculation. The shipping cost displayed on the checkout page will include any additional size or weight-based shipping fees, if applicable.

Your shipping costs are calculated based on the product(s) being delivered and the shipping address. The Flat-Rate or Free Shipping rates are automatically applied to your order during the checkout process and are based on the pre-tax value of your shopping cart.

Orders are shipped from our warehouses during regular business hours on Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
